1. STORE TERMS (SUPPLY & FULFILLMENT)
Final Sale Policy: Most apparel is printed on-demand via Printify. We do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please check size charts carefully.
Defects & Damages: If your supply arrives damaged or misprinted, email sniglebits@ritualrow.co within 14 days with a photo. We will arrange a replacement.
Shipping: We are not liable for packages lost by the carrier (USPS/FedEx) once they leave the facility. Note that mixed orders (e.g., a Shirt and a CD) may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Customs: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Payments: We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. We never see or store your full credit card number. Payment data is passed directly to the processor via secure encryption.
Comments & Media: When you leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form and your IP address to help spam detection. If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can extract it.
Cookies:
Login: If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to check browser compatibility. When you log in, we set cookies to save your login info (lasts 2 days) and screen choices (lasts 1 year).
Cart: WooCommerce uses cookies to track what is in your cart so it doesn’t vanish when you refresh the page.
Comments: If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name/email in cookies for one year for convenience.
3. DATA RETENTION & RIGHTS
How long we keep it: Comments are retained indefinitely. For users that register (Artists/Members), we store the personal info provided in your profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal info at any time (except username).
Your Rights: If you have an account or left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data or request that we erase it. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for legal/tax purposes (like order records).
4. EMBEDDED CONTENT Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., YouTube videos, Spotify players). This content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content.
